The AuSB consists of 7 members comprising a Chairman appointed by the Government of Nepal from Fellow Chartered Accountants(FCA) and other members are representative of Ministry of Finance(MoF), representative of Office of the Auditor General(OAG), Three Chartered Accountants and One Registered Auditor nominated by the Government of Nepal on the recommendation of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nepal(ICAN).

Jitendra is a Fellow Chartered Accountant with 18 years of experience in audit and financial consultancy services. He possesses wide range of field level exposures as consultant or auditor in at least 10 countries. He has served the profession of the country as a council member of ICAN during 2012-18, as a member of Nepal Accounting Standards Board (ASB) during 2015-18 and as a member of Nepal Accounting Standards Development and Revision Technical Committee of ASB during 2015-21.
